Cheap and reliable proxy service, support could be better Cheap shipping rates and forwarding orders to them domestically works fine without additional fees. No extra fee for xianyu orders either. Not the fastest purchase speed in general, but the cheap priority purchase option makes up for it if speed matters. Would like more package options e.g. air bags, EPE filling or similar like some other proxy services have. Glad they added corner protection last year. Support could be better, sometimes it's the language barrier but sometimes it also kinda feels like they don't fully read what you're writing and just scan for keywords. Even on the discord where some speak decent English.

My experience with mulebuy My experience with mulebuy delivery to the warehouse of various goods took 3-4 days in general very quickly, also the qc arrived literally immediately. Delivery to my country took only 14 days, which is very fast for my region. This service is very good, fast and convenient, I recommend it to everyone

So this company apparently doesnt know what "asap" means. They havent even LOOKED at my order. Barely even started and i already feel the dissatisfication.

I would not advise anyone to use MuleBuy because ordering things takes four days, and they process everything for at least five days. Purchases take at least five days, items take at least five days to arrive at the warehouse, inspection and high-quality photos take at least four days, and packing and shipping take at least eight days. They also reply to inquiries slowly. worst website for an agent I have ever used. I would also like to advise you not to use HKUPS if you are on a tight schedule and need your haul to arrive quickly. I paid $368 for shipping and was expecting the items to arrive in at least six days, but the haul arrived after 17 days. Find other agents

I ordered stuff worth more than 100€ … Since 2 months all items had the status “process pending” so they don’t do anything at all. I think they stopped working around may. I had a Nike Air Force ordered and it arrived in their Warehouse and I got QC Pics. Never shipped it because I wanted to wait for my other orders to come to the warehouse, so I can ship it all in one package.. But they never arrived in the ware house. Yesterday I cancelled all my orders and got the money back to my balance, but that’s pretty useless and gone too If I can’t order anymore. I tried to refund the money back to my PayPal yesterday and 60€ arrived from those 100€ I had ..

All these people that are saying theres something like hidden fee are picking wrong delivery option . I use Dhl/Dpd and have no problem . Always arrive between 13-17 days . Minor issue is that the staff sometimes doesn't respond for like 1 day but sometimes responds after 15 minutes .

I was trying to recharge to buy something but the recharge method was offline and i asked for info and they were quick to answer. Great Experience

I personally had a good experience with them, it surely wasn't perfect but they did their job. My package got their exportation canceled on the first try, but the second one was way cheaper and was delivered on time on a very time sensitive occasion. I had a problem with the photos I solicited, cause they delivered something I didn't ask, but after a brief talk to the support, it was all fixed. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Slow asf like really slow, slower than hoobuy but has good support so I would still personally go with this but the full order time is extremely rubbish and needs work like 2 weeks to be able to ship something out is crazy

Using Base Tao has been the biggest nightmare I’ve ever faced using an agent. They shipped me completely different colour and brand jeans and told me that I have to pay for the exchange. Even though the whole point of using an agent is to avoid situations like that. Then when I submitted and paid for a parcel to be shipped they messaged me 6 days later saying I need to pay another 240 Yuan and they’re going to throw my boxes away. If that’s not bad enough, when I wanted to withdraw my balance I didn’t use back into my bank account they told me that’s not possible and I have to spend it with them. These people are complete garbage business owners and will get there karma very soon.

Really efficientand cheap Products came extremely quickly into warehouse and customer service is efficient, kind and respectful. Definitely buying here again and the prices are very fair and cheap
